I am inspired by colors of the earth. They can be subtle, such as the fog over a mountain lake, or vibrant, like a composition of grass, sun, clouds, and sky. I feel the land as I paint…ready to blossom and bloom or ready to sleep, when the brightest colors are offered by nature. I interpret earth in faces, whether humans have added to it as in a lighthouse to warn of nature’s perils, or viewing a lake dressed in fall leaves and trees. We can create joy, regardless the media. Celebrate the earth’s life as we walk the path of discovering peace.
